Charged me 200 to “fix” my sliding door, did not fix issue at all. argued and refused to issue me a refund unless I waste more of my time bringing it back. Complete joke

Took my truck on Friday November 3rd for maintenance and everything checked out green!!! On Monday I got this error message saying turn ignition on to save battery life and I didn’t know what that meant. I drove my truck all day Monday perfectly fine but with the error message. Woke up to go to work at 4am and my truck wouldn’t start. Had to wake up my dad to give me a jump at 430 am. Drove it to work and called the dealership of the situation and they said to bring it in so I did but after I had to get another jump. Got to the dealership turned it off and it wouldn’t start anymore. Had to buy a new battery ???? and the worst part was that I had to return to the dealership twice in 4 days. If they would have caught it on Friday then it would have been fine but the battery was green according to their sheet they gave me

I dropped off my Mustang Mach E to have a software update, and Joel was very accommodating. He thoroughly explained what issues were going to be addressed and, at my request, had a tire rotation performed on my car. The entire experience was pleasant and seamless.

The detail itself was absolutely excellent.. probably the best detail I have ever had. However the check out process was far from satisfactory and the service rep's communications were significantly less than reliable. .
