Victor is a busy guy. Tried unsuccessfully to reach him a couple of times. Even still, when I did speak with him, he was well-informed on the various issues with our truck.I appreciated his professionalism. All of our issues were addressed to our satisfaction. Did find a scratch on the truck that I noticed today that wasn't there before though.
