I had a minimal body fit-up fix on a new vehicle. Jane contacted me about the problem after she was notified by my salesman, she told me I was probably 3-5 days out on a loaner vehicle (it was only 3) she was ready for me when I arrived at the time we agreed to, the fix was fast and now works great, everything went as smooth as possible. From the moment I pulled into Villa Ford's service bay, for the very first time, I was impressed. Joel Angulo met me, assessed the situation quickly and got me on my way. Joel kept in contact with me the whole time my truck was being serviced, approx 2 days. Thank you to Joel and the service team!!!
