Invoice C 30045 vehicle in shop for three weeks waiting for parts and then for trans mechanic to install new parts. The issue I’m having is the cost on module P/N L1MZ7P238A I’ve called several different dealers list is $116.56 I was charged $430.00 I spoke to to Mike in parts he explained that the cost in December was $200 that’s a 115% mark up… he did offer me a 25% credit, at that point I felt I got screwed. Domingo Naranjo did all he could, he has always been willing to help and keep me updated on my vehicle.

Joel handled both of my cars with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. He continues to have the wow factor for me and I’ve been coming to him for going on 13 years. He’s very informative on questions that I might have pertaining to maintaining my vehicles outside of the regular oil changes I get. He’s an all star!!
