Vic was great, personable, polite and informative. I do want to say that my Mobil tech was awesome Clemente. He he not informed I would not have known I had an issue. Thank God for him. Both a great Examples of what an exceptional Ford experience should be.

I have taken both of my vehicles to Villa Ford this month for service and am very pleased with my experience. On this second visit, Carlos was my service advisor. He signed me in quickly and called as soon as the work was completed. I also took advantage of a Lyft ride home and the free delivery service when the work was done. These are great perks in addition to the great customer service I received. I will definitely come here again when I need service.

Faster than had estimated for a baisic oil change

The communication was horrible. They changed the oil but did not reset the light or replace the sticker. The car was washed but it was so poorly done i needed to wash it again right away to remove all the water spots and dirt streaks that were left.
