The texting application that was used never responded back when I messaged. I was under the impression that the diagnostic fee would cover all aspects of the vehicle such as brakes, and other miscellaneous components, and not just a the issue for which the vehicle was brought in for.

Unfortunately, i had to return to the dealer after getting home. i had paid to have the battery replaced ( as well as other services) but when i checked to verify, it was still the old battery. Tony had already gone home. Fortunately, Victor was able to assist me and get the battery replaced. Victor apologized profusely as he said this is not supposed to happen. I was grateful that Victor was able to get it corrected!

They said they would wash my car, and they did, but they didn’t dry it very well and it was badly spotted. It looked better before they washed it. It’s a nice gesture, but if you’re going to offer it they should do a half decent job.
