I asked for squeaky noises from brakes to be repaired and was told there was nothing to do to correct.

There was a lot of dirty fingerprints in my truck. Also I was told that the air draft noise from driver door is normal and I disagree. I have been driving a 2004 F550 for years and am familiar with the sounds of a big truck. This 2021 truck has a problem with the door seal.

Sheldon was very professional and understood my concerns when I arrived at the service center.
