Vic was great. He provided me with excellent customer service. Although my overall experience with the dealership was terrible. Customer service is mediocre and it seemed like employees don't care. I was on time with my scheduled service appointment and every employee in the front and outside of the service area totally ignored me. They all stared at me, nobody greeted me while they just kept chatting. Another car parked behind me and someone approached the person without asking me if i needed any help. After waiting for quite some time standing next to my truck Rick approached me and asked me if I needed any help. Obviously i did because I had an appointment and with my truck parked. This is not the first time an incident like this happened to me. The prior time i brought my truck for service it was the same thing. Employees chatting/talking and ignoring me. Even over the phone employees are extremely rude. I called a month ago to cancel the service because i was going out of town and the person I talked just said OKAY and hang up on me. I will not bring my business anymore to this dealership. By the way I'm a business owner and I know the importance of good customer service.

I bought my F150 Lariat in September. I added the Bakflip to the bed. The last section broke. I'm back and forth between CA and CO. I took it to Fairway and they said to take it to Villa where I bought it. In Dec. I did, and was told it would take 2 days. I has to go back to CO so I was told to bring when back in March. Now I was told, after leaving for 2 days, that there were 11 tickets before me and it would take longer. Unfortunately, I have to go back to CO. It seems I can only get it fixed at Villa. I'm frustrated b/c I cannot open it all the way to load and unwould. It would be nice to get it fixed or just get a new on.

Glen was very polite quick and knowledgeable about the vehicle, helped explain everything that I had questions about regarding the vehicle and was able to get my car perfectly intact.
I greatly appreciated Joel’s help in getting my F150 Repaired. I especially appreciated that he kept me up to date on pricing and how the work was progressing without me asking. When I did text him on something , he responded promptly. He even brought my truck up when I was waiting as the valet was busy with other people ahead of me. He couldn’t have made it any easier/better. Thanks again Joel!

I went to change the oil to my truck, when I picked it up and brought it home I see damage on my back bumper and I went back and I told the manager to check the cameras, they only checked the cameras when I arrived but he told me I brought the car already damaged and I told them to check the cameras in the back where they change the oil and they say don’t have have any in the back. I’m mad because I bought the car there, always had my service done right there, and I saw there was many cameras in the back, sobplease contact me because I want to do everything the right way. ****-****-xxxx - Fernando
