For something that was a simple fix, you had my truck overnight for two days. Rental car was never offered. As far as Glen is concerned, he ****. He’s a condescending a$$hole.

Mr Kotler provided excellent advice for my vehicle and top 10 service. I have complete confidence in him and trust his judgement. I have been having my car serviced at Chino Hills near my house, but because of Mr. Kohler I plan to return to Villa Ford for all my service needs.

To be more accurate, I was very satisfied with the service you performed on my vehicle. I can’t say that I was 100% satisfied only because of one very minor problem. I had one of those plastic “lock” pins pop out of the left front wheel well liner (I guess it just fatigued and broke). I pointed this out to Vic who did make note of it. When I got back home I decided to check it and saw that it did not get replaced. Maybe it just got overlooked, but I don’t know because it was not noted one way or another on the repair order. I don’t in any way blame Vic for this, It’s more my fault for not checking it before I left the dealership. Overall, I was very happy with the service you performed on my vehicle today, and I know this is something very minor, but it would be nice to have it fixed, because I like to keep my car as close to 100% as possible. Thank you for your attention to this.
