Carlos was great. They had my car repair don’t very quickly. I was informed that the work was about to be completed and that I would be receiving a text message when my vehicle was on it way of being delivered. Carlos was great and I appreciate his dedication to service.

I brought my car in because it was recalled for a new TCM. It took over a week (with me calling daily) to find out that the new TCM did not fix the issue I was having with my car. I know that Carlos had an emergency so I completely understand there may have been other factors delaying my service, but with so many employees, you would think there could have been better communication. Carlos was able to tell me what could fix the issue, but unfortunately that would cost me more than my car is worth, so I declined. I found it strange that Ford was not able to give me a loaner car during this time, especially considering how long it took for my car to be serviced. Finally, after picking up my car this morning, I discovered that the right tail light is out and my windows no longer roll down automatically. I plan on taking my car somewhere else to get these problems resolved, because I can’t go another 9 days with no car. Honestly, the best part of this experience was getting to borrow my aunt’s Subaru in place of my Ford. A better car and from what she’s told me, much better service when she takes it in.
