Carlos is extremely knowledgeable and prompt at answering questions. We are grateful to have his expertise available to help us maintain our fleet.
Domingo was great. He was prompt and always responded when I had questions. On the other hand I wasn’t happy with how long the service took as long as it did. When I did get it back, apparently the dip stick was not install and hydraulic fluid leaked on my driveway. Had to take it back to get it amen care of at which point I was told it was goi ng to have to stay over one more night because they had to order the dip stick. Absolutely unacceptable. Not happy at all. I called ford to explain my concerns and never got a claim number I was supposed to get.
