Victor was extremely thorough in his explanation as to why technician recommended replacement parts and comparison and contrast of worn part versus standard part condition.
I brought the vehicle in to get a diagnostic for not starting because of electrical issues.
They said they could not copy the problem, but they found three different electrical issues and they charged me the diagnostic fee three times. I told Carlos that if you go to a doctors office, they will not charge you office visits for having a headache and a cough and a temperature. He informed me that this is a dealership not a doctors office.
I drove the car back for 5 miles and the car would not start again. no I have to take the car to another dealership to get a proper diagnostic and I am out of $525.
Bad communication services. I was not happy . Never bring my car's here aging

2 holes were misdrilled into the rear license plate holder and after 2 weeks was notified that it would be unable to fix. The resolution was drill into the correct holes and do nothing with the misdrilled holes. Knowing you have a new vehicle with hidden holes doesn’t make me feel great about my purchase. Jane did her job by taking care of the vehicle and keeping me updated. However, Jane did not show any sympathy for my concern. Instead she tried to make me feel better that a mistake was performed by the collision center that was not requested of me to make me think differently of the outcome.
Carlos and Matt were more than willing to help and do the best job possible, they did not settle for less that professional and pridefulness in their work with having the best interest for me. I greatly appreciate the dedication and consistant communication Carlos provided.

Curious… I have two towels on my backseat, used as makeshift seat covers. They were both moved and found by me on the floorboard. So, why were they moved, and moreover, why were they not placed back onto the rear seat?
