Yes indeed a job well done! On time as promised explained needed Services & costs. Out the door n time to reach my office. Everyone I passed n hallways inside or out were most friendly & answered a couple questions I had. Also the cleanest Dealership I’ve ever been n. Shelton Cope Rocks????????

Glen was terrific!! He was very knowledgeable about my car and what needed to be done. When I called him from home to ask questions he picked up his phone immediately and was very personable and remembered me right away. See you again towards the end of this year Thank you Glen!!

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and transmission fluid flush, made an appointment quickly and easily, van was done in a couple hours and the problem was fixed. No complaints, I’ll definitely use Villa Ford again for service in the future.

Rick was great to work with. He kept us informed with the status of the work that was going on with our vehicle. We did have an unfriendly experience with Jessica who helped with the rental car. She needs additional customer service training or a back office job.
