Everyone at Villa Ford is INCREDIBLE!!! I would not even consider going anywhere else!! All I can say is .. if you have a Ford - any kind- and you are NOT going there….. WHY?????

I had the most amazing experience with Janey, Jerry Wes and the entire villa ford crew. The follow up and customer service above and beyond what I ever imagined. Service Manager was helpful but his support team needed to be more responsive in looking for the cause of the issue. I was told three different times that the problem was three different things. Last thing once the vehicle was completed I didn’t receive a time I could pick up the car.

I was to have the car delivered on Tuesday I had emergency surgery and could not allow the delivery. Can I ask that the car be delivered to my home on Wednesday any time is good

Carlos was patient, professional, and honest. Not only did I I have a extremely positive experience with him, but the insurance company raves about him as well. The supervisor at Mercury informs me that Carlos was the best service professional he’d spoken to in years!
