Guy was real awkward and very un-personable. Didn’t bolt back down steering column. Needed brakes, but didn’t ask is I wanted to get them done while truck was in shop, I would have said ya just get them done. Just seemed like he kinda didn’t know what was going on at all. Guy in the lot managing where allthe cars and trucks went was very personable and helpful. Will not be back, crappy experience minus the guy in the lot that was working hard and helpful.

Appointment was 9:00am, I dropped car off before 9:00am. I was advised the vehicle would be completed by noon and it wasn't completed until almost 2:00pm. That was a long time to wait for a battery swap out and car wash.

I really appreciate coming into Villa ford. Whether it’s Rick my latest service person or Sheldon (the time before). Everyone has met the customer needs in every which way and we appreciate it and will continue to do service with Villa Ford.

I really appreciate his commitment to Villa Ford. He is always attentive and replies even on his days off. It’s unfortunate that my car needed a new transmission and was it was completed I was ready to pick up the truck, but then it was in a fender bender. I am concern if that will appear on Carfax? The fender bender was out of his control but he still kept me updated and for his service he get a 10 “Outstanding”! Thank you Domingo for your hard work.

This was an excellent experience. They recommended extra services that were needed and they were able to use my ford points so I didn’t have to pay extra. The service was done quickly, and the best part was my truck was delivered to my house. So far, from purchasing the vehicle, to the maintenance, villa ford has been really great. Thanks.
