I appreciate that I called and spoke with Joel in the am. I told him my concerns and he offered for me to bring my car in that same day . It was a brake check. The wait was easy and I was given a verbal and written report of the findings. Since I work M-F it was terrific that I could get this evaluation done on a Saturday with the Service Department. Many thanks to Joel for giving me peace of mind.

Had a great experience. I got a nail in one tire of my 2025 Edge. It as a busy Saturday but I was able to get in and get it my tire repaired and the wait was not very long at all. Joel and the other staff were all great and very helpful. I didn’t buy my car from this location but I wish I would have. I plan to return for my future service needs.

Dropped my vehicle off for repair. When I picked it up popped the hood the hood didn’t want to stay open keeps falling down. Wasnt like that prior to dropping off.

Richard was very kind and made sure I knew all the details of what would be done and made sure I knew of the pending recalls. I was able to have all work done on my vehicle and was glad I did not have to leave it overnight. Richard informed me through text about the progress on my vehicle, and he called as soon as it was done. I was welcomed and greeted by all staff the moment I arrived from the person who received my vehicle to the tellers and the person who returned my vehicle. Great staff.

To be clear, it was nothing Carlos did. It is because I feel like my mileage range is still the same as it was when I took it in. I bought a Route 1 Mach-E for the potential to reach 312 miles. To date, i’ve never come even close to that. I feel like I bought a Route 1 model which had the bormal range that everyone else gets with the standard model so why did I pay extra for mine.
