For the work I had done, the timing was reasonable, almost 3 hours. It felt like the mechanics were moving the cars fast with how many people cucled through the lobby, a faster pace than my previous experiences. Price was reasonable too.
As always, Sheldon was able to make an appointment for my vehicle that fit my schedule. Having it delivered to my house after the service was completed was fantastic. Sheldon is a great service writer, who makes his customers feel like family. Thank you.
Mr. Cope was courteous and humorous from the moment he met me. He told me what was wrong, how the technician would diagnose it, and what to expect. He called several times with updates. All in all it was a terrific experience.

I was told it was all covered under my premium warranty, then was told Total due was $ 601. And some change from the cashier. My truck was there 20 days the first time we had it back 3 days because of the holiday and weekend and then you've had it another. Now 20 days, a total of 40 Days today. and I don't have the $601. to give you yet, Monday will be the soonest I can come up with it. But it will also kill me with other bills. All of it should have been covered under warranty. I had nothing wrong with my brakes at all before you guys had to rebuild my transmission. I feel like it was one of the mechanic's faults for breaking my brake line.

I usually never enjoy taking the extra time to give feedback on customer service surveys, as they often take too much time to complete, however Domingo showed great customer service to me the moment I first told him of the problems I was having with my Ford truck. My 2022 Maverick was shimmying all the time and I found out that I need both sides of the front axle. Also I was having a couple of warning lights come on as well and I first called my Ford Service center in RSM. They told me that the parts for my axle were not available. I was so bummed to hear that and found it ridiculous that Ford wouldn’t even have the parts available for a fairly new car. Well, I tried one more Ford service dept. and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Domingo. He told me that not only could he help me, but explained that my Maverick had a recall on that part and the he would take care of me immediately. The whole way through, until my truck was totally fixed, he communicated with me and gave me back my trust with Ford. He is one in a million and his customer service was second to none. Please pass along this man my sincere thank you and give the man a raise!
Sheldon made the experience perfect. The wait time was great, the service was great, Sheldon’s knowledge is vast. I didn’t have anything bad to say about the experience. Dealing with situations with problems with vehicles I get really stressed out but Sheldon made my experience non stressful and I left the dealer with a sense of calm. Thanks to Sheldon many thanks to Sheldon and the other workers there that were very courteous with me. This is an A+ dealership in my books.
