I go out of my way to come to Villa Ford. I live right next to Fairway Ford but I choose to drive farther because your service is better.

Domingo did a great job as our service advisor. He kept in the loop with the various diagnoses as they were being found and clearly shared the issues that your mechanics were seeing. He took very good care of us and kept us informed. Villa Ford had never disappointed us before and with our latest visit, your record is still 100% perfect. Thank you!

The service advisor was Great! My vehicle was ready in a timely manner. The only downside was to find out you don't do complimentary car wash anymore. I was looking forward to it ????. I think you should bring it back.

There is an unresolved matter with the Sync/Carplay system, but that may take some time to figure out. Otherwise, Joel is patient and thorough, along with the team behind him. No complaints.

My key had a key fob that allows me to enter my home. That was lost and also my tile was lost. The key was not lost but the accessories on my key. Overall, at the end Richard did good by refunding me my oil change. He also is giving me another oil change for the inconvience for this matter. I really do appreciate this gesture and I appreciate the lady also for keeping my business there.
