I have been taking both of my Fords to your dealership for service for the last five years. and I purchased my Bronco from you. With each oil change I was never informed that the CCV Filter needed to be replaced. When it clogs it builds crank case pressure that blows the oil pan seals. Now i have a $6400 repair bill due to a $100 part that should have been replaced under normal maintenance. This is a common failure and is all over the internet. I have lost all confidence and trust and am considering other options.
