Carlos is absolutely amazing to work with. He always takes care of me and my Raptor. Even through my truck can be serviced now by any shop that can change oil and brakes, I always choose to go to Villa Ford because of Carlos and the excellent way he takes care of me and my truck. I can see it with his other clients that he takes care of as well. He’s honest and genuine and I appreciate his time all these years ever since the first time I shook his hand.

Although the replacement top for my Bronco apparently arrived damaged, and my Bronco was there for days, Carlos was the consummate professional. The Wildtrak decal on my hood faded prematurely and it bothered me. I asked Carlos if he could have someone check it out. The shops detail person removed it and polished off the residue. Although I was disappointed that the top wasn’t replaced, Carlos did a great job in keeping me informed. Thank you Carlos!

Not happy at all my vehicle been on the Dealer for over 4 hrs , no body call me to go pick up my truck and when I show up to see what’s going on . Just tell me that been unable to get my problem fix . Mess up my day and no problem resolved. Need more customer appreciation time
