I had the opportunity to get Richard as my intake specialist again and was thrilled I did. Richard is very friendly and thorough with his work that he found some recalls on my vehicle. After he made sure my vehicle was handed to the mechanics, he ensured I had a ride back hime courtesy of Ford. Upon my return, he personally ran to get my car since the current valet person was attending another vehicle. It is those little acts of going above and beyond for the customer that me happy to see Richard was my intake specialist when first arriving. Richard, thank you again for helping me out and going the extra mile.

Joel is a great rep at Villa Ford. He is easy going and pleasant to work with. He got us set up for our service very quickly and understood what we wanted and needed. He even checked in on us during our wait and provided an update on the process with an accurate timing. Definitely coming back!

Hi, The team at Ford is always great however, this vehicle still makes a scraping sound that it didn’t make prior to a rear brake service we received a few weeks prior to our recent visit. Thanks for your help!

Had an appointment for 11:45. Arrived at 11:45. Wasn’t seen until 12:05. Didn’t leave until 3:15. 3 1/2 hours for a scheduled routine maintenance
