The only complaint is the the reminder sticker that is put in the window does not show correct mileage for next service. The mileage shown on the sticker is less than actually on the odometer

Carlos did not keep me informed about the status of my car. I had to call him 4 times. I left him 2 voicemails without a return call. The first time I spoke to him he said he would call me back. But did not call me back. On the final call I finally obtained the status
