There is no doubt you already know Mr Ibarra is a professional and valued employee. Additionally his kindness, knowledge customer care that I experienced to your customers on a day after day is all but impossible and yet in late afternoon he still offers it to Villa Fords customers. I know this because I too have been his position for a number of years. Please let him know how I appreciate what how I treated plus villa made a thousand dollars in sales that could have gone to your competitor

Great service! A second tire sensor went out within a week of having the first one done. So I had to bring my truck back in, they waved the deductible fee, because I had just picked my truck up within that week. Thanks Villa Ford and Rick
