I am confused by installation pricing for Ford Accessories. I am interested in adding the factory tow hitch to my vehicle. If I go online to the ford.com website, under parts, I can select the parts (hitch and wiring harness), and add installation. Total for both online is $989.00. When asked at Villa Ford, I was quoted $499 for the parts and $1,200 for the labor. Price matching to the Ford website was not offered.
