I was in trouble. I have a large motorhome. I called your service department for help we were in Orange County where I know nobody got a hold of Ford because we’re on a F 600 chassis they didn’t know if you worked on that type of large vehicles, but I went there anyway Called first talk to a service tech absolute wonderful service. They said I wouldn’t fit inside pull up by the service drive up area and they came out recalculated the computer system to the truck in an hour later I was on my way home to Brookings Oregon. Thank you again absolute wonderful service From Carlos to the service tech. I think his name was Corby. Thank you all again Bill W

It’s been a long time since using your agency. I am totally overwhelmed how efficient your staff as well as VERY polite. Your service attentant was very complete and covered all my questions. Even the staff I paid the bill to, VERY polite.
