Janie alway does a great job for my family and my business. Her communication, follow up and attention to detail is superior. I’ve owned an operated hundreds of vehicles over the years and dealt with many customer service representatives and Janie clearly stands out from the rest. Even when the porter is busy. She has shown up and delivered our vehicles quickly. In a world that has given up on customer service, there are those that still care. Thank you Janie and Villa Ford!!

The pulsating brakes on my F150 is an unfortunate situation for me. This problem developed not long after having the brakes done by Villa Ford almost a year ago. Completely my fault for not contacting sooner. This should not have happened on a big truck. I am not hard on brakes and don’t haul anything. But I understand it’s brakes and they can go bad for many reasons. In order to redo this $700+ job, I will have to shop it around. No need to contact me.

Glen did amazing, so his service was great, the taking over 2 weeks to fix the issue was not so good, and finding certain items weren't covered by warrantee kinda sucked
