The valet used my hood as his writing tablet. WTF? Use the windshield, if anything. Another service advisor, a white haired, older man who sits at the desk at the far end closest to Jane N. had nothing better to do so he comes out, busybodying what the valet is doing, and leaves an oily hand print on the hood of my Maverick. If he can't balance himself, maybe he should retire. Some sort of oil smudge was left on my window. Jane is great, as usual.

Carlos has great customer service. I walked through the glass doors of the service department and immediately he asked me if I had been helped. I was grateful that he continued to help me. He personally checked my car and made a phone call to ask for pricing of my repair and let me know he would be contacting me as soon as the part was available… he stated not more than two days; he continued to walk me to the cashier. That’s customer service at the best.
