I scheduled oil change on line last Friday,The oil change completed this Monday, When I back time home I found I was charged 15.92 called 'cosutomer pay shop charges for repair order', I showed Audi coupon 169.00 for oil change and rotation, I finally charged 200.89, I don't know why beyond the coupon there had extra charge 15.92. It's not the money, it's about trust.

I have had nothing but issues with my Q7 and it is under a year old. Audi has not helped in any way and continue to be rude over the phone. My most recent visit consisted of 3 broken issues , none were under warranty and Audi did not seem to care or help. Lastly, the car came back a complete mess with plastic and pine needles all over? So weird
