Service was good cause things week taken care of , but there was inconvenient since the entire coolant unit was just replaced last week and I had to sent the car back to get it checked again cause the red alert light was in

Very disappointing service. There was no communication, I was given the worst rental cars, and never received videos of my car being serviced or communication at all with any of the staff. The members were nonchalant and clearly did not care despite my numerous complaints. I will not be returning. The service was of the lowest quality and did not live up to the Audi name unfortunately.
