James made my experience exceptional. He was informative and helpful. Another staff member who worked the front desk by the refreshments provided great customer service skills as well. I was very pleased and the service was done in a timely manner.

The scheduled maintenance was wonderful. Good service all the way through. However I received the inspection report that the battery check failed. What does this mean? Is it going to suddenly stop charging. The printed information read the same. Why is a battery replacement over $700?

This is not a statement about Mr. James Green. He is an exemplary asset to your organization. Rather it is a statement about arriving at 920 for my service appointment and not being able to leave until about 120. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. On top of it all the tech didn’t reset the tire pressure sensor so having that go off in a driving rainstorm was discomforting to say the least.

First of all my appointment was at 11:30 am didn’t finish until about 2:45 pm because they didn’t have oil so that took what ever time it took. I get home an my car has shoe marks from the service person who was doing the work it was oil marks from when was getting in the car, I expect my car back the way it when in, and also they had to go to the Nissan dealer to get a cap for a container that took time
