You used to have a very good customer service. Now I don’t know what’s happening. I had a service done with my car, you guys used to wash & at least vacuum inside. Now none & the last time I had a loaner which probably 3-4 months ago, the SUV was so dirty, smelled cigarettes, didn’t clean, vacuum at alt all, as if someone rented it , never checked & cleaned.
