I picked up a nail in a tire on my 2018 Q5. The tire needed to be replaced and fortunately it was under warranty. Jaylene was able to fit me in the schedule the next day. I decided to replace the other 3 tires at this time as well. I dropped the car off Thursday evening so that they would have it first thing Friday morning. Car was ready Friday afternoon. Jaylene took care of contacting the warranty company and provided the necessary form for a mail in rebate. Thank you Jaylene.

James was perfect! However, other people in the service area need re-educated about customer service. James was away from his desk when I arrived. I stood at the door for a long time while Gary was on an extended phone call and the person behind the rental desk played on his phone. No ever acknowledged me until I finally asked if the man on his phone , was on a break. Then Gary called James and told him he had a customer. This isn’t the first time I have been ignored. I expect better. There is NO reason, rental gut couldn’t have said hello, who are you here for or how can I help. Then again, Gary could have paused his conversation to call James or tell me he’d be with me in a moment.

Andrew provided excellent service. I really appreciate it all the updates. The one thing I would recommend as an improvement for the whole Audi team is to double check customer cars before letting them know the services are finished. I received a rim job where one of the rims was not completely sanded. It was an incomplete job so I had to inconveniently leave my car there another day.
