Randy was great he explained everything that needed to be done to repair my car in great detail and kept me informed at every part of the process. I had a very good experience with him and when he called me 2 days later to check that my cars AC was working as it should it was a really nice touch to the exceptional service I received. He gets a 10 out 10 from me, he even taught me some things I didn't know about my car. Superb service!

The salesman, Dan, was excellent and the managers were fine. But the finance closer, Gus almost stopped the deal from being completed. During his explanation of extra options for car care, he continuously stated that the additional $3,500.00 was nothing and I was stupid for questioning why I should spend the additional money. When I ask if he thought the amount was so small, would he include it in the deal, he finally realized what he had been saying and tried to stop. He then went on to say the same things about the mistake I was making by not taking the offer twice after he knew it was irritating me. He needs to learn to listen more to your clients and be less of a know it all. Thank you for letting me vent and you should also thank my salesman Dan for his excellent service.

It wasn’t Jaylene. Her co-workers didn’t follow up. No one called me about when my car was ready. I called and was told that someone would call me back and let me know when my car was ready. No one called, so I called back two hours later and was told that the car was ready. I came over and picked it up. The car wasn’t even washed.
