Few things. 1. I asked for a photo of the puncture of my tire or the nail itself. When I got home I found the entire tire in the back of my car. Now how do I dispose of the tire? 2. Car wasn’t cleaned and was rushed into the wash when we showed to pick up the car and the job they quickly did showed. Not in a good way.
We asked to have it vacuumed if possible and we were told they would. They didn’t. 3. My windshield wiper blades are very old and falling apart. No one asked me if we wanted them replaced. Not part of a service inspection?
We are extremely disappointed with Audi as this is the only place we bring our car. Most of these items can be fixed in the future but what am going to do with a used tire?

Terrible customer service. Was promised a loaner upon drop-off. Upon arrival, I was told that my reservation didn't show loaner service. Assistant service manager Maria Santos blamed mistake on me. She stated that it was my responsibility to to check the reservation confirmation email and call the dealership back when loaner wasn't listed as requested service.

Katelyn was great; a perfect face for your customer service team. She was knowledgeable (despite her self-offered explanation she was 2 weeks into the position), polite and very proactive with communication. One constructive comment on the service in general (and unrelated to Katelyn): I assumed based on prior communications from Audi the warranty claims would be completed same day. It took 2 1/2 days. I would have ordered a loaner and / or made other plans had I known going in the possible duration of service. Katelyn addressed my concerns and offered a loaner, but I already had a ride picking me up, etc. More transparent disclosures from Audi going into the appointment may have altered my approach.
