Kaitlyn needs to work on her communication skills. She called and told me a total for the truck. When I picked it up it was $80 more
She said oh that’s with the oil change. When you are quoting a total price it should be the total price. A surprise $80 at the end was not OK.
Also when staff is calling customers it should be from a company phone. I did not pick up calls because it was random numbers, the staff was using their cell phones, COMMUNICATION skills!

Todd was super helpful with my oil change. However, I really appreciated him pointing out some immediate concerns regarding my tire wear and potential failure. Had I not seen it with my own eyes I might have just blown it off.

Commutation is very poor. Was told my truck would be done on a Monday morning. Showed up and it was still torn apart. A simple text on Saturday would have eliminated me scheduling to be dropped off and not have my truck on a busy Monday morning. It took 4 days to get the approval from the warranty department! Still didn’t get everything that was wrong with it.
