I called twice and spoke to women at the service center because I was running late and wanted to make sure my loaner was still available. When my husband gets there, Alfred tells him there’s no loaners. I called again and confirmed my loaner car was still there so I’m not sure as to why Alfred would tell my husband multiple times there’s not gonna be a loaner car. I called my husband and heard him tell him there’s nothing he can offer us. We ended up getting a loaner but I would love to know where the discrepancy is. I’ve been getting my car serviced there over 6 years and this just didn’t sit well with me. I would rather just be told the truth because I would’ve rescheduled to another day.

Nick explained the invoice well. I am thankful technicians identified sidewall damage on one of the tires and also thankful replacement was covered under Continental contract and no out of pocket cost for new tire.
Nick came and explained this all to me and gave me an estimate of how much time it would take to replace the tire. I am impressed with Lexus and your professional level of service! This inspection saved me from being stranded with a flat tire, or much worse! Thank you! I am grateful for Lexus!
