I had to wait almost three hours to have my key reprogrammed. I don't think it takes that long to accomplish that task. I sat in the waiting room which completely emptied out. I was given the lowest priority even though I have been a loyal Lexus owner for over 25 years owning as many as 4 Lexus at a time. Not to mention the outrageous $502 charge that it cost me to wait for those almost three hours. I know I did not complain , paid my bill and left because I knew that if any one cared in the first place I would not have been treated the way I was. I am almost 80 years old and will probably continue to bring my car back to Lexus for service more out of habit than being completely satisfied with my overall service experience.

I have always been happy with the service at Lexus El Cajon but today I felt Alex Uribe did an excellent job of explaining options I had in terms I understood and a voice level I could hear without me having to ask him to repeat. He also took time to explain the import features of the loaner car without me feeling rushed. These may sound like little things but today they were big things to me.
