The service was excellent and the loaner car was great. My only disappointment was some items were taken from my car during service. Although video showed no one taking anything, I believe that whoever did, knew the placement of the cameras. The items were small enough to hide in someone pockets. This kind of ruined my experience with the service.

I'm not sure if this is normal but I made an appointment for 930 and got there on time. I was sitting a few mintues before all the people that came in for the same thing but I was the last to leave. I know this is a Lexus dealer but it is Baxter and that all that matter when you give someone 45k cash. But anyways I do enjoy the deal for the service but not waiting two hours. I feel like everyone with a Lexus got service faster. I was there first with an appointment.
