My vehicle was ready and I was not advised. I had to go down and ask and only then was I told the car was ready and was given the key.

I've been bringing in my car for years to Lexus of Glendale. Excellent service, fair pricing, welcoming waiting area with massage chairs, computers, hot and cold drinks, and snacks. The service area is immaculate and impressive. Tony has been my service consultant the last three times and is personable, professional, and such a nice guy. Even though I've moved out of the area, I still manage to bring my car to Lexus of Glendale.
