I am very pleased with Ernesto’s customer service for taking care of my Lexus service, he really takes a look on the service details to be done and went through the history of my past service. He exemplifies a good service, I only have one concern about the paint that we have ask for your company to take care, but never took the initiatives to see the problem, this does not count on Ernesto’s service, this was before.
