I’d like a lug nut wrench that I didn’t receive when purchased along with a scissor jack and the remaining tools necessary to remove a flat ‘RFT’ tire.
I don’t think it fair that I have to purchase anything of the tire implements
When the manufacturer should provide.

Trevor called me 30 minutes prior to my arrival to see if I was having my vehicle towed to Lexus. I was enroute 5 minutes away and he was a little concerned about my driving. When I arrived he quickly accessed my vehicle and even brought a team member over to assist him as the inspected the engine etc. coolant was sprayed all over every thing under the hood. I was informed it was not the rack and pinion but a leak in my radiator. My vehicle was treated like a patient and quickly attended to. I love that!!!
