He took the time to show me how to work an automation issue that I’m not familiar with - most folks won’t take the time & just tell you what to do. Being a senior citizen I really appreciated the time he took to physical show me.

I came in to have the tire pressure checked. We had been away for three weeks and all of a sudden I’m getting a tire pressure notification on the dash. All four tires registered 28 psi. I was stymied Anyway, it’s a new vehicle with only has 2689 miles on it. I couldn’t imagine that the all four tires would have a problem. Vehicle was not 100% vacuumed out as well as the washing of my car, spots and filmy.
Smeared and fingerprinted windshield,along with prints left on the dashboard and dark spots on the passenger side of window. Replacement stickers done in a very sloppy manner and not all stickers were placed as requested from old windshield.
The interior was not wiped down after the replacement of the windshield.
This is not the quality of service we are accustomed to from Lexus.
Over all, very dissatisfied with the service.
