I go off and on to Crown Lexus to get my car serviced because in the past I have sometimes experience very push service writers. Today was not like that. Robert provided good information, but ultimately let me decide what I would get done on my vehicle without the run around. He was clear about my service needs yet valued my time. Thank you I always appreciate the fact that everything is checked over thoroughly so that gives me a good feeling about the ability to just jump in my car and go whenever I need to without having to be concerned that it start because my battery was checked. I also appreciate the fact that my car was washed and vacuumed. It’s just nice little adult features like that that has just a great touch. Plus the kind courteous service from everyone that I encounter in the service department.
