I have been working with Chauncy Levy from day one since 2021 for both my wife and my car. NX300 & RX350. He has been great and very friendly and effective. I would recommend a promotion if/when that opportunity arises. Always feel comfortable when going to the dealership when Chauncy is there.

Good morning,
On September 15, I had a dash cam installed on my 2025 GX Luxury Plus at Crown Lexus dealer. However, the parking mode recording feature is not functioning.
I ordered and installed the official Lexus Integrated Dash Cam, but the parking mode recording does not seem to work. As I understand it, for parking mode to function, the dash cam must receive constant power even when the vehicle is turned off.
Could you please advise me on the possible cause of this issue?
