I am happy from dealer service, if I noticed it Frank is new, he is nice but he doesn't update with status of car, I dropped my car 10 am, he was not updating untill 3 to 4 pm, he dose not liked when I called update, 2- I was thir for the same issue two times, the second time I dropped my car, he said your may stay from Thursday to Tuesday, because I am off from Friday to Tuesday, I asked someone else will taking care of the car, he said no I'm responsible, than I ask Mr Rius he said no problem 3- I asked to check my car hybrid battery because I get low mileage, he said I diagnosed you need to clean fun and filter for over $400 He didn't know that I did this service two months ago, He made me confused, why I should do it too soon, actually I found it out when the temperature go over 100 F then I get low mileage. Even i refuse the cleaning filter he charged me $224 I am glade lexus taking care my car with warranty, The reason I bring this point other people like Mr Ruis and others the communicate and updating, last time car was with Mr Rius my was not at dear for few days , and it was the same issue, And he was repeating and told dont call me I call you, Of course if he updating i will call him Thank you for giving me a chance to review

Yes I have been working with Chauncy Levy from day one since 2021 for both my wife and my car. NX300 & RX350. He has been great and very friendly and effective. I would recommend a promotion if/when that opportunity arises. Always feel comfortable when going to the dealership when Chauncy is there.
