My tires were not rotated, the right rear passenger tire has the cap missing and that tire is still in the same place. This tells me my tires were not rotated and my indicator for my wipers and Air filter still comes on I paid for the wipers to be done and the services weren’t done.

Mr Gooding did a great job but when I initially brought my car in a valet didn’t even report it to a rep. He pretended that he fixed my tire and then he sent me on my way. I had to return two days later with the same problem. It was a waste of time.

I waited almost 4 hours when I was told it would be 2 1/2 max.
Also when I walked up to ask if my car was ready just to notice it was already parked out front, not sure how long it had been there.
Besides asking for an oil change I asked for them to check both cv axles on the ca because I had a concern, I don’t think it was done because it wasn’t mentioned in the video showing the inspection that was done on the car. I text the number that was sent to me and I have not heard back
