I am very happy with Tino Ruiz this time. However, I am somewhat puzzled these Associates will soon forget you the next time we visit the dealership for another service. They would not even acknowledge you like you are a first time customer. Additionally I am not happy that Lexus is charging us 3% for Credit Card process fee. This does not encourage me to return once my service contract expires. Lexus will also not be on my top mind when I am buying a new car. Lastly your welcoming Team Member outside, one of your them has a serious ATTITUDE problem. My car had to stay for repair and I wanted to take something inside. He was not happy and showed his sneering face. He said it was not directed to me but still it’s unwelcome. It gives me the impression that he is not happy to serve. There’s always something like this when I go to your dealership. I am not happy at all to return but has no other option other than to go to another dealer.

Staff was polite, professional and service was completed satisfactorily.
However, I originally scheduled this service online for Monday 10/27/2025 the prior week and had a printed order confirmation with me when I came in. Trevor couldn’t find it in the system and said this wasn’t the first time an online reservation didn’t schedule internally (despite having the confirmation). And since all rentals were already committed I had to reschedule the following day (I had to shuttle kids to school and go to work and couldn’t just wait for the repairs to be made). It’s an hour round trip to the dealership taking into account the time to sort out what was going on. If this is happening multiple times, it needs to be addressed.
Also, my wife messaged you about this on Facebook, she could see the message was read, and then ignored. While the work was ultimately completed, the inconvenience of a faulty reservation system and the inability to adjust schedules because of the rental availability falls short of the exceptionalism Lexus is known for.
