I am an existing customer and has been with JM for more than 18 years, Joseph has been very supportive, polite and helpful, I did a 5000 miles service and a recall check, was promised a full tank of gas, but they forgot to full my car tank up, I immediately contacted Joseph and he was very kind to extend that offer towards my next visit. I do appreciate that.

Lexus of Omaha has exceptional. Client service, they are fast, responsive, and professional. They take pride in their work and provide an experience consistent with a luxury brand. Lexus of Lincoln would be defined as lackluster. From greeting to check out, there was no extra effort. Watched several customers receive minimal engagement and overall felt a lack of pride in a culture problem in the service center.

I have always had great service and have been a customer for many years. Today I had an appointment for installation of new tires . When I arrived I was told it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It turned out to be over 3 hours which was rather frustrating. It would have been nice to have been told after the 1.5 hours passed that it would be another 1.5 hours. Some communication would have been appreciated.
