Delilah was great, very pleasant, explained everything clearly and followed up. My disappointment, and this has happened to me before at JM Lexus, is that I was told upon arrival at 1:30 pm that my car should be ready in an hour. My car was ready at 3:45, significantly longer time than expected. I’ve given the same feedback previously, but the timing issue happened again.

I waited for over 15 minutes to drop off my vehicle before even being acknowledged. While I understand that it was busy, a simple hello to let me know that I was seen, and that I would be helped shortly, would have made all the difference. The interaction with my service advisor was not great, nor was it bad—it was just mediocre. While my service visits are usually excellent, I did not “experience amazing” today.
