Billy Bailey was very friendly and professional. Since I don’t “speak mechanic” he was very patient with me as he explained what needed to be done and why. He showed me the photo evidence which clued him in to what the problem might be, and informed me of what the mechanics discovered as the vehicle was examined. When the loaner vehicle was brought out, he walked me through how to operate it, since it was very different from the vehicles I’m accustomed to driving. My experience with Lexus of Colorado Springs was very good!

No I am not satisfied with the service provided by Keyes Lexus. I brought my car for a routine service maintenance but the Service Department did a lousy job. First i received a call from my Service Advisor Anthony Pastoral informing me that they misplaced my key and waited to know if I have a spare key, I told him that at the moment I don't have, they went ahead and forced open the driver side door without my permission and ended up breaking the silver door handle cover. I was told that they would replace it but to date it hasn't been replaced. They also disabled my key when they reprogram the replacement. Now I only one set of key that'woking. To date my concerned hasn't been resolved. I hope that Keyes Management should address this matter with their Service Department to avoid further customer dissatisfaction.
